Our Founder and CEO, Caroline Ong has over 25 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and consulting sectors in Asia, She works alongside purpose-driven organizations and leaders to unlock transformation, drive sustainable growth, and create lasting impact. Guided by a practical, hands-on approach, her approach combines strategic insight with people alignment, operational excellence, and performance delivery.
Her professional experience includes regional and country leadership in Our Daily Bread Berhad, Leaderonomics Malaysia, PwC Southeast Asia Consulting (Malaysia), Hann Consulting and Agilent Technologies.
